I’ve noticed my body has been doing odd things with water weight recently. Ill hold on to weight for 2 weeks and then. Suddenly lose 3-4 lbs. I will also notice my weight will jump 6lbs randomly after a hot day/hard workout and then will disappear at random. Does this get worse the leaner you get?
Ive been getting very discouraged lately and almost thinking that some of the weight i’m losing recently could just be from water weight.
