1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it today!
Exercise five days a week: 60 minutes of walking in the sun. It’s 85 here, it’s hot. 7/11 days, 4/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it. 9/11 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Checking in on you wonderful folks.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for big dinner salads.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower possibly bath this evening.
