I lose weight when I eat nothing at night but its so hard to sleep.
I tried like 3 egg omelette with 2 bread but I maintain then I replaced with 3 bananas for a week and I maintain.
I'm kinda lost. I tried an apple but it doesnt really fill my stomach.
at dinner I have rise with chicken , usually around 400-600 kcal,
then after I eat a protein snack about 200 kcal
looking at these stats maybe I need to walk more?
