Hello everyone!
Day 10! A Monday. Your fearless leader had a binge last night because no good eating choices happen after 8:30 for me. Please let this be a lesson to not let perfect stand in the way of good. I logged that binge & didn’t give up. Even though my stomach has let me know the price of my transgression & I mostly just want to lie around & groan.
Let's talk goals, shall we?
1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it today!
Exercise five days a week: TBD. 7/10 days, 3/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Got it. 8/10 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Checking in on you wonderful folks.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for conquering another Monday.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower possibly bath this evening.
