I have done both diets. I have seen results with both. After having my son, I did clean eating and lost 30 pounds. Sadly, I have gained it all back due to stress from moving, new job, and being a parent.
Keto was surprisingly easy for me and I dropped weight quicker but I did find myself seriously missing pasta.
Was wondering if anyone made lifestyle changes and tried both and if so which one was better for you? Pros and cons?
