Is this reasonable? 27th birthday resolution.

Today is my birthday (April 13th). I’ve successfully lost some weight and I’m trying to do 105 more. My goal date is for January 1st, 2024. That would give me eight and a half months to lose the rest of the necessary weight.

For reference, I am 245 pounds. I am female and 5’3”.

I have started doing squats, lunges, and modified jumping jacks. I also walk for at least an hour a day and sometimes ride my stationary bike.

I try not to eat less than 1400 calories in a day or more than 2000 calories, although I sometimes have slip ups.

Is trying to lose the 105 pounds by the end of 2023 reasonable? Or should I give myself until my 28th birthday to lose weight.
