Well I’ve lost 170 lbs and I’ve maintained it for over a year but I’m ten times more self conscious than I was at my heaviest. My excess skin is just terrible and it actually makes clothes fit worse than they did when fat. Been reading a ton and just not sure if it’s the right move, especially considering it’s all over my body. The primary issue areas are around my waist and gut, under my arms, between my legs and under my chin. Any thoughts or suggestions? Anyone done it and think it was the best thing ever, or worse yet done it and regret it terribly?
