The fourth day of April, she is indeed here. It’s snowing up in here, a lovely spring snowstorm.
Let's talk goals, shall we?
1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it today. I’m roasting broccoli & having some chicken sausages for dinner.
Exercise five days a week: 30 minute lunch walk out in the snow (it was low key magical) & 30 minute stationary bike, finished with some lower back posture poses/yoga. 3/4 days, 3/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Left the new journal at home like a dumb dumb. 2/4 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: I’m going to check in on yesterday’s post replies. I try to catch as many of you as I can & y’all are so inspiring.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for another chance to rove around outside in the snow. I hate spring so pretend winter is a nice transition. I'm also grateful for my cat still being willing to play. She’s turning twenty next month & this month is our five year adoption anniversery. I love that little fuzzy house tiger.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Foot mask. Took a walk in some new boots & my tootsies are a little ouchie about it.
