Body recomp routine advice, resistance bands only?

29f 5'2'', lost from 123 > 108 in the last 2 years mainly through jogging and light lifting. I had access to weights until recently but I moved and right now I only have resistance bands. Mainly my exercise in the past year has been light maintenance cardio.

I still have much more stomach fat than I want at my height/weight but I don't know if it makes sense to lose a lot more weight. I figure body recomp is the thing to focus on how? I was mainly doing arm workouts (curls, presses) and squats with lifts previously but not much targeting abs.

Wondering if anyone has advice on specific exercises/routines to achieve what I want. Not necessarily "spot-targeting stomach fat" here but focusing on arm workouts previously hasn't achieved what I want so looking for what other exercises I should be doing especially just with resistance bands.
