Hello everyone!
Day 7! Apologies for missing yesterday’s post, I hope you find it in your heart to forgive this trespass. I’m having a tough mental health day, so I will update my goals tomorrow more thoroughly.
Maintenance calories: On it today, going to go make some binner with either a salad or broccoli.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute lunch walk today. 4/6 days.
Do holiday stuff everyday that brings me joy: I listened to some Christmas tunes & have selected another fine holiday movie to subject my partner to.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Nailed it today. 6/6 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: Going to do that right meow! Missed yesterday. 4/6 days.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for having access to mental health care & a wonderful therapist.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower with skin care routine after. Also, cooling eye mask this evening.
