Eating 2200 calories rn I went from 200lbs 5"7/8 to 132 5"9 because I just kinda overeat and stuff. I was eating at maintenence (2000 cal) for a couple months but then went up to 2200 to try and gain some weight, but I'm still unsure if this I the right move since I still have some fat on my belly that I really hate. So should I continue or cut down so I can get rid of the fat. I'm currently kinda skinny fat so I'm just not sure right now where to go. I do workout whenever possible and eat pretty well.
