The last 3 years have been horrible for me. A series of unfortunate events caused me to spiral down into a horrible self-destructive spiral. Cuz of my lack of self-care during the pandemic, I ballooned to a weight of 120kg.
I have been fasting, reducing sugar intake to the point where I am not dependent on it, cooking instead of buying meals so I can be more intentional with my food. Been doing boxing and jumprope to improve my endurance.
I weighed myself today, happy to see I'm 90kg. Just 10 more till my goal.
