For those who haven’t seen my first post asking for advice on losing weight, people suggested for me to take my lunch and use ice packs to keep it cool. I’ve done some research on them, but many sources say that they don’t last for more than 2-3 hours and I usually eat my lunch later than that due to class scheduling.
What brands or DIY tricks do you use to keep food cold for longer? Or what foods do you take to avoid it altogether?
