I am 18 and I weigh around 215 at 5'9. I've always been the fat kid in school and about a year ago I have decided to try and start a calorie deficit to lose weight, and as you may know, it is not easy at all. Since then I have lost 30 pounds with very little difference physically. (I took progress pictures every couple of weeks) and the amount of weight I can lift at the gym hasn't changed much. I guess what I'm looking for is some of your experiences or even some advice on the matter.
