i'm trying to lose ~10 lbs and it's nearly impossible. i literally work out every morning, feeling great and ready to start fresh. i have a healthy breakfast and lunch, then after lunch my dessert cravings kick in. then i end up having like 5 snacks and then feel terrible. it resets every single day and no matter how much i try it's impossible for me to stop binge eating in the evening. i have no problem with exercising or healthy meals but i have huge problems with snacks after lunch. please help, i realllllly want to get these last pounds off
