Update

It's been a little while, i'm at 199ish lbs, doing lots of cardio and lifting, regularly going to the gym, and pt in the morning with my platoon!

Journey has been difficult but it's possible if you don't give up on yourself, starting to see results and am very happy.

How I am doing this, lots of fruits to fill me up faster, being more aware of what I am eating, and overall taking care of myself better, new found energy, and most importantly as said not giving up. My next goal is 190lbs, i'll update again when I reach it!! Best of luck to you all :))
