I’m a 22M and over the past few months I’ve been losing weight but I haven’t made any progress at all when it comes to losing belly fat
A few months ago, in the Spring I used to weigh about 170 pounds but I’ve lowered it to 147
I stopped all sweets and sodas months ago, began exercising by walking more and doing curls/resistance band exercises for half an hour a day 2 months ago but I don’t look any different despite feeling healthier. I’ve maintained a calorie deficit this entire time (usually around 1000-1400 a day) and began eating far more protein, about 40-50 grams a day from less than 30 mostly through meat and protein shakes
Do I just need to be more patient to lose my belly fat or am I doing something wrong?
