Am I too big to jog even a little bit?

Hi all,

I'm 32(F), 5'5, and 275 lbs (already down from 277 eyyyy!) Anyway, I went on what has become my daily exercise yesterday - my knee hurt a bit but I thought nothing of it and I really wanted to keep my streak up. I go for a super brisk walk, and then as an add on, I jogged a bit in intervals as well yesterday. Today, my knee is killing me and I can't go on what has become my daily exercise. As the title asks, am I too big to jog right now? Do I need to wait until I've lost more weight?

Also, does anyone have any tips for not feeling awful when you have to skip a day of your daily exercise for whatever reason? I'm trying not to be too terribly hard on myself, but it's a challenge, especially because I didn't start this exercise that long ago - today would have marked a full week of doing it daily. I'm still eating well and tracking my calories for the day even though I can't go out and exercise, but I feel pretty bad about myself at the moment. I'm also trying not to fall into a spiral of worry that I won't be feeling better by tomorrow and still be unable to go. Any tips would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
