It's slow but hopefully forever

About two months ago I realized how expensive pop has gotten so I quit drinking it. I averaged about 5 cans of diet soda (mostly diet dew) every day, more on weekends.

I replaced pop with water. What I noticed is that I'm not as hungry and even when I am I don't eat as much. It's the only change I've made and I've lost 10 pounds. I feel better physically, my depression is not as severe, and I am excited to add another small change to see what happens.

I want to say to everyone that I was full on addicted to caffeine. I wasn't easy but being actually hydrated for once helped with the withdrawal. It does feel like losing weight takes so long, but making a relatively small change made a huge difference and showed me that I can lose the rest, but I have to make the changes.
