Lost 3.5kg with 5 days left in the1st month
I used to think that i had to do a lot of exercise to lose weight and it's not worth the pain...but this sub made me realize that you can do moderate exercise and still lose weight
All i did was do 1 hour gym that includes 10 min warmup 15-20min cardio(10min walk and rest jog, or crossfit for10 mins) weight training for 30 mins
But the real secret is cutting sugar, eating less carbs and started eating fruits/sweetcorn etc instead of junk food
