Ugh here we go again

Back in my mid 20s I ballooned up to 245 (male at 5'10) did some dieting and cut out booze and dropped 60 in 2 months. A bit extreme but was able to keep it for 5 years. Introduced beer again (god damn I love beer lol) and now at my heaviest at 265. It was awesome being smaller at 170lbs but always hated being weaker than I wanted. So I took up power lifting the past 5ish years and strength has shot up exponentially.

Now at 36 I'm trying to cut back down while keeping a good strength output. Calorie deficit is at 1,000ish a day give or take a few misses grams on the scale hoping to get back to 200.

One thing I forgot that happened with weight cutting is hanger and damn does it suck. Been drowning my pangs with water instead snacking and on track to lose 3-4 lbs a week so I'm ok with that.

Macro split 40/40/20 (F/P/C) since my body loves carbs. Still keeping the same weight training and gonna see what happens .
