Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got it this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Don’t know yet if I'm honest. It's been a bad mental health day. I'm still logging though.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minutes of cardio is all she wrote today. 11/16 days.
Journal for two minutes before playing Switch: Got it! I’m about to check in on my ACNH island. 15/16 days.
Today's gratitude list: Today I'm grateful for my geriatric kitty’s health & general spunk level. She be a loud little old lady.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Long shower and or bath. And maybe white strips.
