I can't stop weighing myself?
How often are you weighing yourself?
What nutrition plan do you follow?
I'm working half my body in water , eating fruit and I'm still craving sweets and even though I know I can't have just one and I shouldn't be bringing it in the house I still end up buying it and it tortures me by seeing it and I have to finish it
I'm working out hard and I've been sabotaging myself but eating like crap and binging at night and I can't seem to stop ... I know I want to lose 70 pounds and I know what to do to lose it but I think I'm scared, using food to overcome stress and etc from work and life ....
