Happy Friday & day 6 of the lovely month of May!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 4/6 days.
1800 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Big old salad for dinner. 3/5 days, 1 maintenance day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 4/6 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: List making!
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for air conditioning & espresso.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Gonna have an early evening, I've been tired & I’m getting extra sleep over the weekend even if I have to kill to get it. Mostly kidding.
