I don’t really know what to say, I’ve never really had to try to lose weight before as for most of my life I was a pretty active runner and that always offset my stress eating, but now I can’t do that anymore and I’ve put on a little weight and I know I should try to lose some of it. I just keep having problems with trying to eat less and take better care of myself. I’m just wondering how do I do this?
