I’m a 350lb man with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and I impulsively eat processed foods. Whether it’s drive through fast food or binge eating snacks at home, this can happen any time of any day, regardless of whether I just had a full meal or not. I realize this is an addiction, and it’s causing a dopamine release. I have to break free from this in order to start losing weight. Does anyone have suggestions? Has anyone dealt with this?
