5'1, CW: 132 lbs As I get closer to my goal weight, I'm about 5 pounds away I realize I can't lose weight forever. I've lost before but I've gained it all back, it was only 10 pounds back but still. I've been on a low carb high protein diet for about 2 months now. I'm scared once I'm done losing weight, I'll start eating normally and gain it again. I never drink my calories or eat sweets but I love noodles, chips and rice. I want to know how do you maintain your weight without going too crazy with eating?
