Okay real talk, I’m fookin’ sad and heartbroken lately. That has no doubt had an impact on my appetite. BUT I’ve also been training for a half marathon and thus running 3-5x/week, trying to feed myself greens and protein, and drinking more water when I remember!
I’ve never really had any success losing weight, so I was shocked when I saw these two photos come up in the favorites of my camera roll. A little over a year apart! I need to get a scale. PS My Garmin watch has been a game changer, I loooove gamifying my health metrics.
