Why is the weight not coming off?

Before working out I used to do no exercise at all and would eat 2500-2700 calories a day in junk and fast food and was able to maintain my weight of around 230 pounds. For the last 5 weeks I have been averaging walking 5 miles a day (about 3 per day in a 35lb weighted vest) and also doing 3 two and a half hour full body weight workouts a week. While doing this exercise I have been eating about 2500-2750 calories a day with over 230 grams of protein per day and I have only dropped 3 pounds. Why is this process going so incredibly slow. I had lost over 70 pounds before and it definitely moved A LOT faster the first time.
