I track the days I've stuck to my calorie deficit of 1,300 calories. If it doesn't exceed 1,500 calories, I still mark it as a day I've stuck to my deficit. I do try my best to stick to the lower end though.
This March, I've had 9 days of overeating so far and plan to remain in my deficit for the rest of the month.
The days I don't stick to my deficit, I don't calorie count. This is because usually these days I'll be socialising and eating food I can't necessarily calorie count, plus also is a break from the deficit.
I wonder if this is wise, or is there a way to approach it differently? Should I have less days I overeat?
So far I haven't lost weight from my February weigh in, but I also haven't been doing exercise as I've been unwell.
For reference: 5ft and weigh 60kg.
