[F, 31, 5'5, 260] Hey yall! I've been on this journey since 2019 and have up and down on this rollercoaster. I'm currently on my way up and since Feburary, I've been tracking my food using Loseit. I feel like this was the piece that was missing to get me where I need and want to be in the near future.
I'm trying to meet a 1700 deficit and eat 125-140 g of protein a day. However, on days I'm mindful of my deficit, I don't get enough protein (50-80 grams average). Vice versa, on days I'm mindful of protein, I'm over my deficit goal by at least 200-300 calories. I'll be honest, my eating habits sometimes are not the best but even on the good days, I can't seem to find a happy medium and feel full/satisfied. Those who have similar struggles, how have you managed this? Any recipes that you favor that meet high protein/low calorie? Favorite snack? TIA!
