At a loss, please help!

Hello loseit community! Back in April of 2022 I (26M, 5’8”)decided to finally try cico eating and here I am today down 47lbs. I’m at my goal weight and in the best shape of my life. I was overweight my whole life, but was able to hide it well in baggy clothes, plus the majority of my weight was stored in my belly and not the face. I am forever grateful for everything I learned from this subreddit.

Back in October when I was down 35 pounds, I decided to start lifting weights, as well as consume 130-150g of protein a day. I do a full body workout Mon/Wed/Fri with just one adjustable dumbbell (i’m broke) and 100 push-ups daily, and ab’s daily. I tend to just workout every muscle group to failure and it takes about two hours. I have noticed progress in my biceps, triceps, and back but something that bums me out is the leftover belly fat/some loose skin. I understand there’s nothing I can do about my loose skin but the small amount of fat leftover is frustrating.

I’m not sure what to do from here! Is my single adjustable dumbbell full body workout enough to get rid of this fat or do I need to get myself in a gym somehow and do some deadlifts, and bench? Do I eat at maintenance or do I stay in a deficit? I find it hard to trust surplus eating now after almost a year of being in that 500 deficit. The last thing I want is to add fat back to my stomach that’s not even flat/toned yet.

Thank you for reading!
