So ive been trying to lose body fat but its hard being a paraplegic as we burn alot less calories than a normal person and have been lowering my calories for 7 weeks now and i've got to the point where i eat 1k calories and dont lose weight anymore so im at 700-900 calories with 70g of protein daily but hunger is becoming a real issue while trying to get 70+g of protein a day. Im just trying to lose body fat while maintaining muscle but its gotten to the point where its so hard now and im so close to just going off diet and eating what ever. Any tips or advice?
