I got a personal trainer to help me build muscle and lose some stubborn weight but it seems I’m not gaining or losing. I’m been going three weeks to my trainer and my weight has stayed the same since I’ve been keeping track of what I eat and my trainer has been helping eat healthy I also work out 3-4 times a week for a hour. So I don’t know why my results are not gaining or losing we weight. Dose anyone have any insight why this is happening?
