Back in January I was unknowingly suffering from gallbladder attacks. It got severe enough where I had to call for an ambulance. After having my gallbladder removed, I could barely move or do basic tasks. Half of the food went bad in my fridge because I was gone for a week. I ended up eating food that was quick and easy to make such as sandwiches and prepackaged foods. I mostly stayed in bed if I wasn't eating because the amount of pain I was in, was too much. I skipped calorie counting and put the scale to the side. Well, 2 months after my surgery and, I go for my yearly check up. I ended up weighing 255lb. I was 202lb last year and I managed to screw up all of that progress within 3 months. I'm only 22lb away from my starting weight and I feel so discouraged that my progressed ceased and plummeted. I was doing so well before my gallbladder acted up and I'm nearly back at square one again.
