Mindset Advice

Hi all 👋🏻 Looking for some advice on how to get my mindset back.

For context, I’m 35f, 5’6, 150 lbs., down from 200. I lost the weight slowly over about 2 years alongside some lifestyle changes (no more smoking, far less drinking, more working out, etc.)

My goal weight is 140 - so, not far to go, but lately it feels so far because I’m losing my grip on my diet. I know part of it has to do with increased movement I’ve been getting in lately (I do Peloton workouts mostly, and I’ve been getting back into a groove with them). In my perfect world, I’d love to be able to workout to my heart’s content and not get hungrier and also not have a deep love for junk food. BUT ALAS.

So yeah. It has been way too easy lately for me to say “Fuck it, gonna eat these chips” or w/e. You know what I mean? I feel like my control has slipped. Any tips for getting back into the right mindset? Thanks y’all!
