Loose Skin Removal + Insurance

I’m curious to hear from folks who had loose skin removed and had it covered by insurance. What was the process? Did it originate with your primary care doc?

I’m 70lbs down with maybe 30 to go and just a lot of apron belly and skin happening that is both mentally not great and uncomfortable at time physically. I know I’ve definitely got some time in front of me and there’s no rush it’s more a point of curiosity and wanting to potentially plan ahead.
