I started at 160 lbs early january and have been on a pretty strict diet since (low carb, lots of veggies + fruits, no processed stuff) and i just hit 144.1 lb today, pretty proud
my serving job has also helped a lot because i get approx 10-15k steps from it each day, really hoping i can lose the last 5 lbs before my trip in 3 weeks to japan lol (gonna have to be really strict but i'm not sure if this is realistic)
just wanted to post my accomplishment i'm feeling a lot better than ever and i fit my old pants :]
