I'm thirteen pounds away from goal weight and totally burnt out

I'm on a tight budget and limited groceries-wise so I can't swap what little I'm eating now for tastier, higher protein options.

I just started taking some part-time classes so I have less free time and energy than before (both mental and physical). I used to do heavy weight-lifting and long intense, complicated workouts which helped a lot with sculpting my body but now I'm wiped out at the end of the day and it's late by the time I'm done with my classes.

I can't remember the last time I ate something unhealthy that I love (ice cream, French fries, potato chips etc). My life is stressful right now. Food has always been my stress valve when I'm upset or sad and I miss the comfort of sitting down in the afternoon for a cup of tea and nibbling some chocolate biscuits. I will never be able to do this for the rest of my life unless I want to regain weight and become fat again. I'm a short female so it takes only a teeny bit to go over my calories for the day.

There are, of course, upsides, I can now fit into some of my old clothing and I'm less bothered by hot weather but this is at the cost of iron discipline for the rest of my life.

If I want to lose weight, I have to accept that I'll always be slightly hungry all day eating at a deficit, avoiding sugar and eating tiny portions. Some people would suggest volume eating by filling up on vegetables and fruit but I don't find them satisfying and too much fiber upsets my digestive system.

The final lap is terrible. I know I would look a lot better after I hit my goal weight but atm I still have a bulging tummy and flabby arms despite my workouts.
