Hey everyone. It's me again :)
I've been struck down with the flu for the past few days, so I haven't really been doing much. I decided to try and be as active as I could today.
It wasn't easy. I wish I'd done more, but I'm still not 100% I'm absolutely blown away by the support I'm getting from you guys it means the world to me and helps keep me motivated and focused.
A few people asked on my last post what I'm using to track my steps. This is just the counter on my s22 ultra. I do have a fitbit. I just need to find the charger, and then I can start using that again.
I haven't stepped on the scales yet. I'm thinking of doing that next Monday so it's the start of the week. Right now, as much as I want to shift the weight, I'm just happy to be more active as I haven't been for so long.
