Day 27 & a Monday at that. I’m glad to have made it to the end of my day relatively in tact lol. Onto goals!
1800 – 2000 calories a day: On it!
Exercise five days a week: 60 minute walk & lower back stretches / yoga. 19/27 day, 65/8 yoga, 0/8 punchin’.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Journaled & haven’t played my Switch yet. 24/27 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: I’m going to go check in on y’all, you’re kicking butt.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for being home with my favorite fuzzy things & I got to get weird little squishy dinosaurs from a gumball machine today.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower & skin care routine after dinner.
