I did it! I finally dropped below that 200 lbs mark! I was 230 lbs in January 2022.
I don’t know if it was a mental thing or what, but dropping below that number took forever. Certain months I lost 0 lbs, especially toward the end.
But at the same time I did not want to follow a strict diet and then not stay consistent. So end up experimenting and trying what works for me (prolonging the process) I also started working out and did gain some muscles as well (so body composition looks a lot better)
Next goal is 180 lbs! 🙏
