Not enough of a deficit?

So I started getting serious about losing weight on Feb 21st. I am 5'7 and started at 276.6. Weighed in today at 276. So over a month and I've lost .6 lbs. But I've lost like 2 inches off my waist. I am eating roughly 2000-2200 cals a day, 20 minutes on the rowing machine vigorous effort, 20 minutes weight lifting and 15 stretching. I also do a 30 minute walk every day as well. Does this sound good? Should I adjust my diet at all? Am I just eating at such little a deficit that I'm gaining muscle just about as fast as im losing fat?
