Day 31! Here’s April’s sign up post:
March wrap ups, let’s hear all about it. Off I go.
1800 – 2000 calories a day: Did not do well enough here. I am down on the scale 1.5 lbs for the month but frankly, I can & will do better. I also need to be very aware of the added sugar I'm consuming. That needs to come down in the next couple.
Exercise five days a week: I’m glad I got more yoga in this month but my mental health is telling me I need more active minutes. I will keep striving for better than a previous version of me! 19/30 day, 6/8 yoga, 0/8 punchin’.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Good work me. I’ve almost completed two journals this month. 26/31 days.
Read & respond to at least 3 comments a day on this post: I always want to spend more time engaging with y’all. It keeps me focused on the long term goals & I really find you all so inspiring.
Today's gratitude list: I’m not doing well mental health wise, but this is still helpful & occasionally really does reinforce the things that bring me dopamine & serotonin.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: This does help me remember to be nice to myself on a more frequent basis than I might otherwise.
