Phone Lock Screen - quote or image that helps with binge eating?

I’ve never needed motivation to workout, I’ve always done it and enjoyed it. It’s the eating that destroys my progress and unfortunately is really the only thing that’s gonna make me lose the fat.

Do any of y’all have a quote or image on your phone Lock Screen to help motivate/remind you to not overeat or binge? I find a lot of the motivational stuff is geared towards the DOING, the workout out, the showing up. I’ve got that nailed down. It’s the NOT DOING that I’m trying to be better at.
