I am 27 M . I am currently 203 pounds . My goal weight is 170 pounds . My tdee is 1900 calories . I consike around 1300 calories each day . My macros intake is protien . I don't eat carbs as ot cause to jold water weight and I don't like bloating .
Breakfast - Oat meal with spices Lunch - 600 gm chicken breast Dinner - just veggies
I read online that to prevent muscle loss I need to eat protien also I am on a high calorie defict my question is if I eat protien and workout will I still loose muscle I am looking to loose a lot of fat fast .
My workout is
One day arms and the other day chest and I alternate it I take two rest days
I also walk five miles daily
I haven't seen any muscle in my arms
I don't know if I am going in the right direction
Also how should I progress in my weights
For arms I do standing curl hammer curl and concentartion curl
For chest I do incline press floor press and flyes
I started woth ten pounds now I am able to do twenty pounds
How should I progress my weight to increase muscle
Should I also increase my reps
I need guidance
Please help me
