i’ve been on a weight loss journey since january of 2022…it honestly has not been nearly as successful as i would like, but i’m still trying! i lost 30lbs, but have gained back 15lbs in the last month :( i’m going on a trip in may so i’m hoping to get back to where i was before then and i also wanna drop weight before summer. i know i won’t get to my weight loss goal before summer (considering it’s 50lbs away) but i’d love to see if i can at least get 20lbs down by then!
anyway, enough with the rambling! i’ve been having a really hard time staying on track, but i’m really determined to try and get back to it. i know i’ve had a few things that have helped me in the past with my journey (drinking plenty of water, low cal protein bagels, planning my calories for the day in the morning, etc) but i’m always looking to try new things! what are some things that have really helped you stay motivated and on track? how do you combat those thoughts telling you to give in and just “start over tomorrow”? any advice/tips would be really appreciated!
