Is it normal to increase weight after starting to walk post fracture injury?

Is it normal to increase in weight after starting to walk post fracture injury ?

This is driving me nuts, but I was noted on more than one occasion from others i evidentially lose weight. Not just from ladies but male friends whom generally did not comment. And it’s only been like three weeks ?

But the thing that bewilders me is that ever since I started to walk without a crutch (after three months fracture injury) I noted a steady increase in weight by 1-2 kg. Yeah I gone from wobbling during walking to like semi able to not wobble but muscle can’t be that heavy right ?

My meal level is more or less the same, muscle wise gosh, I can’t wrapped it in my brain cause shouldn’t I recover further if I can walk shouldn’t I be able to walk down stairs without wobbling? I mean 2 kg effect has to be whooping big instead of I can walk slight less wobbly ?

And gosh I don’t have eating disorder but it always freak me out whenever I checked my weight.

Anyone in similar situation who can comment?
