GAHHHH. im so frustrated. in the course of three weeks i put on three pounds. (156 —> 145 —> 148, f22 5’6”). some might be water weight cause i drank some alcohol this weekend, but most is probably just eating out more and snacking and not counting calories.
counting calories made me have some disordered thoughts and that scared the shit out of me. i still ate when i was hungry, and didn’t cut out any food, but it was such a bummer to gain so much weight in such a short amount of time the second i stopped CICO.
i really thought i could be one of those ✨intuitive eating✨ girlies, but that’s hard when my intuition tells me i want pizza and bread with olive oil. back on the grind again. oatmeal and potatoes and protein oh MY. guess it’s true when they say this is a lifelong journey. marathon not a sprint, and all that. that’s all, just wanted to rant.
