Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for the soup & salad place by work that publishes their nutrition info. I fucked up my meal prep this week & it’s been so nice to get filling salads & soups as needed. I also pretend they don’t have pastries.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Early to bed for real today, I have been sleeping like a poo emoji. Also I went to the doctor yesterday & as much as I hated it, it is self care. A gentle reminder to call your provider if you can afford to & damn I hate the American health care system. Everyone deserves to feel as healthy as possible & be able to see a doctor.
